As i started these teas because of the hype

As i started these teas because of the hype , i got diagnosed with PCOS few months ago and started these right away , it is probably affecting sometimes I do get periods on time sometimes I don't, its been almost 3 months symptoms are there, slow bleeding ,hairloss , hirsutism , weight gain dysmenorrhea etc.. i hope with the 3rd batch it gets more effective
