How to use and when to consume

Start from the first day of your period

• Day 1-14

• 1 tsp pumpkin 1 tsp flax 1 tsp black seed

• Day 15-28

• 1 tsp sesame 1 tsp sunflower 1 tsp fenugreek

Have them after breakfast. Take a teaspoon and chew. Take a sip of water if you find it difficult to swallow.

How long will a jar last?

When taken at the recommended dosage of one teaspoon a day, a jar should last you 14 days.

What is the expiration date of these products?

A jar stays fresh for 3 months after opening. An unopened jar remains fresh for 4 to 5 months.
